I currently lead transportation operations across a fleet of 150 trucks and containers, managing a team of 200 employees and serving 108 clients.
​
Operating in a highly volatile industry, I have navigated significant challenges over the past six years - including COVID-19 disruptions, regulatory changes, critical incidents, and workforce instability - while sustaining and growing the business.

and Co-founder of RMIT Marketing & Communications Club.
Back in 2018, I noticed the absence of a platform where students interested in Marketing & Communications can share knowledge or collaborate on real-world projects, despite ‘Digital Marketing’ & ‘Professional Communications’ being among the most popular programs in RMIT.
With this in mind, my group of friends and I decided to establish the first-ever Marketing & Communications Club in RMIT Vietnam.​

ACHIEVER
In 2017, I was awarded the ‘Academic Achievement’ Scholarship by RMIT.
In 2018, I successfully entered the Top 6 of the “Accompanying Vietnamese Youth in Entrepreneurship 2018” Program, organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, out of more than 3,000 participants.

of NUIT ROUGE Senior Prom Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 Project in 2017 & 2019, leading a team of high school students to organize medium-scale prom events for senior students across Ho Chi Minh City. Each event successfully attracted over 200 attendees.
In addition, I contributed to a range of projects, from events and colloquiums to larger-scale initiatives, taking on roles such as volunteer, supporting staff, and marketing coordinator.
These experiences have strengthened my ability to lead, execute, and adapt, providing a solid foundation for my professional growth.​
