MY OBJECTIVES

SHORT-TERM objective

I aim to develop warehouse infrastructure to provide storage rental solutions for my customers. Based on current profitability and business performance, I anticipate being able to execute this expansion within the next three years.

long-TERM objective

In the long term, I aspire to expand my business nationwide. Currently, our operations are concentrated in Southern Vietnam, as expansion into other regions requires significant capital and local expertise. Within the next 5–10 years, I aim to build the capability to operate across the country and deliver logistics solutions on a national scale.

However, given the volatility of the industry, maintaining sustainable profit margins requires more advanced strategies and disciplined decision-making. I aim to strengthen my design thinking and leverage data-driven approaches to enhance my leadership capabilities, enabling me to guide my organization more effectively through complex challenges.

my personal objectives

Beyond my career goals, I am also committed to creating positive value for the community.

Having experienced the challenges of entering a complex industry without sufficient knowledge and guidance, I aspire to develop a shared platform for local transportation firms to exchange industry updates, insights, and best practices. This platform would foster collaboration, strengthen professional networks, and enable companies to collectively address common challenges within the logistics sector.

This concept is similar to the Ho Chi Minh City Transport Association; however, my focus is on encouraging participation from small and newly established firms. While existing associations are often dominated by larger companies, this platform aims to create a more inclusive environment where smaller operators can access support, share insights, and grow collectively.

Beyond my professional ambitions, I also aspire to become a sign language interpreter. I have always been passionate about translation and deeply admire the ability to bridge communication gaps, helping people understand one another. As I learned more about this field, I realized that there is a significant shortage of sign language interpreters in Vietnam, while individuals with hearing impairments often face barriers in accessing essential services such as healthcare and legal support.

Motivated by this gap, I hope to use both my skills and passion to support the deaf community in meeting their everyday needs. During my studies, I became fascinated by the richness and expressiveness of sign language, and I am currently in the process of learning it. Alongside my role as a CEO, I plan to dedicate my time to developing this skill and working as a part-time interpreter. I aim to first master Vietnamese Sign Language, and eventually expand to English interpretation to help bridge communication between the deaf community and international environments.
